Enchanting stay near the garden

The experience was elevated by the warm hospitality of the staff, who genuinely attended to every need. Our Japanese-style room offered a serene ambiance, perfect for unwinding after visits to nearby attractions.

I encountered some issues with the breakfast options for food preferences, specifically for vegans. The limited choices didn’t match the overall high standard of the hotel, leaving me a bit disappointed.

This hotel has a charming retro design and is conveniently located near Kanazawa's main attractions. The breakfast buffet stands out with great variety, although the onsen can get crowded. I enjoyed the comfortable room, but the elevators were quite small and frustrating.

I enjoyed the spacious traditional Japanese-Style Room Non-Smoking, but the pillows were too hard for comfort. The onsen experience added to our stay.

My stay at Kanazawa Hakuchoro Hotel Sanraku was delightful. The spacious room featured a comfortable bed, a lovely sitting area, and was immaculately clean. The buffet breakfast offered an impressive variety of local Japanese dishes, which were a true treat.

Breakfast featured an impressive selection, with a focus on local seasonal dishes, complemented by delicious savoury pies. the shuttle service was occasionally crowded, and I encountered delays with elevator access during peak times.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Kanazawa. We easily walked to nearby sights like the castle and gardens, making family outings enjoyable. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering well to everyone, including our baby.

My kids wished for better public transport info.

we really loved the traditional craftsman style of the hotel, with its cool stained glass and kutani ceramics all over. the breakfast buffet was amazin, filled with fresh veggies and local dishes, just what we needed to kick off our days. evenings were special too, chillin' with a solo pianist playin' at the grand piano in the lobby. also, it was super cool that kenrokuen garden was just a 10-min walk away, perfect for a quick visit. the shuttle bus to the jr station was a real lifesaver too!
